Having a strategic understanding of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, MJC Capital, strategically pursues property within close proximity to transportation that meets the blight criteria for designation as an area in need of redevelopment under the Local Redevelopment and  Housing Law "LRHL".  Doing so affords, MJC Capital the opportunity to closely work with the Municipality at hand to strategically plan and design a project that brings smart growth, lifestyle, vibrancy and modern culture to the community while advantageously satisfying the market demand of the future residents and retailers alike.
